Pricing
We believe that professional advocacy should be built on trust. Traditional agents charge a percentage of the purchase price, which can create a conflict of interest. At My Vervé, we operate on a fixed, flat-fee structure. Our only incentive is to find you the right property at the lowest possible price.
Residential & Investment
For our local searches, we offer a simple two-stage investment:
Engagement Fee | $7,000
To begin the adventure. This activates our search, opens our exclusive off-market networks, and initiates the rigorous vetting process. This ensures you have a dedicated partner coaching you through the noise and protecting your vision from day one.
Success Fee | $3,000
To celebrate the discovery. Payable only once we have successfully negotiated and secured your property. For purchases, this is due upon the contract going unconditional. For lease agreements, this is due once the lease is signed.
Terms of Agreement
Our commitment to your search is intensive. Our initial agreement runs for a period of 90 days for residential and investment properties. If the right property hasn’t been discovered within this window, we conduct a comprehensive strategy review. We analyse the current market landscape, revisit your non-negotiables, and determine the best path forward to ensure we remain aligned with your ultimate vision.
